dedicated to the mission.1260 Housing Development Corporation (1260 HDC), a Pennsylvania 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, was created in 1988 to provide decent, safe, and affordable permanent independent housing to low-income persons limited by behavioral health issues.
In the twenty-one years since its inception, 1260 HDC has used its assets to leverage more than $120,000,522 in grants to create housing for more than 2,591 individuals, including
1,114 consumers (859 of whom were formerly homeless). Currently, 1260 HDC and its affiliates control more than 1,233 units and 263 buildings in almost every community in the City of Philadelphia.
