1260 Housing Development Corporation (1260) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that develops decent, safe, and affordable permanent independent housing for low-income individuals and families in Philadelphia with a focus on individuals with special needs. 1260 currently houses more than 2,556 individuals in 1,575 units across the city.
