Portfolio 1260 Housing Development Corporation currently controls a portfolio of more than 1,575 units in 263 buildings. This includes 11 Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects, 10 HUD Section 811 developments, and 490 Section 8 Vouchers, providing affordable homes to 2,556 individuals in nearly every neighborhood of Philadelphia.
